MBTeach Financial Literacy

Hands-on Community Commitment
from your Community Bank

MBTeach is the grass-roots financial literacy outreach program of Monroe Bank & Trust (MBT). Our objective is to help residents in the communities we serve become well-educated in all major aspects of personal financial management.

MBTeach classes include timely information on topics such as household budgeting, using credit wisely and improving your credit score, selecting the financial institution that best meets your needs, even purchasing your first home in challenging times.  The classes, taught by Monroe Bank & Trust instructors who are subject matter trained, can help you through our tough economy and perhaps even help you to improve your financial position.

Sound like information YOU could use?  Great!

to find out more about class topics, or to learn how MBTeach classes can be taken "on the road" to a community resource or service organization near you.   You may also contact the MBTeach Office at 734-384-8269 for information on topics, to find out where classes are being taught, or to schedule MBTeach classes for your group.

MBTeach classes provide generally accepted information on a broad range of financial topics, and are not a substitute for personal consultation with a qualified and licensed financial advisor or tax consultant.
